>The Varinaldi Holiday Farm (an ancient placename of Lombard origin) is found inside a 40-hectare olive farm. Thanks to the fortunate position of its olive groves, about 450 meters a.s.l., and to the particular care given to harvesting, storage and pressing, the farm produces a high quality of extra virgin olive oil, according to organic farming standards.
The area here is particularly suitable because of the lack of parasitic threats. The olive harvest, (primarily the leccino, morellino and frantoio varieties), is carried out completely by hand, picking the olives directly from the plant, thereby preserving the best sensory qualities of olives.

Angela Nannoni's farm is listed in both the Guida agli extravergini (Guide to Extra Virgin Olive Oil), published by Slow Food Editore, and the prestigious book, Wine and Olive Oil in Tuscany, introduced by the celebrated wine specialist Giacomo Tachis and published by Edizione Il Fiore, in collaboration with the Tuscan Region and the Ministry of Agricultural Policies (in pre-publication).
